gauge progress in to get better at so or you know like might be done thatmight be a squat might be a hack squat early presser bench press orwhatever it is and boxing on yet the rest of it is all built Spartagen XT aroundjust trying to make that my muscle connection and try to get thatpomp and try to get as much over a stimulus as I can within that session that and then and then look at my lockernext time charter try to just get a little better yeah yetto another important point that I talk aboutespecially cuz you after you weight lifting you can pretty much do anything yet bemaking good gains for your first six months ifyou show up in the gym you know whatever five days a week inyou can do goofy exercises and to launch ramps and whatever make gainsbut once those new gains or done which know in my experience and Iguess it seems the last yeah me.
